excellent experience
attentive staff late arrival fantastic service
the staff were attentive in the restaurant and looked after guests with a smile. i arrived late but the check-in staff called the bar. the staff gave me a menu and took my order after i checked in. they told me my food would wait for me in the restaurant after i dropped my bags in my room.

calm and cute
calm ambiance helpful staff spacious rooms
i found a calm ambiance that welcomed me very well. the staff were amazing and helpful at all times. i visited the village easily and took a bus to dublin without issues. the rooms were spacious too so there was lots of comfort.
Noise reduction in my room was not great. i needed earplugs both nights of my stay. i also attempted to ring reception once each night. My calls went unanswered.

the hotel features a thermal spa that is first class and luxurious. there is a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers as well as a shaded section.

my room included two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower which was very nice. the room also provided tea and coffee amenities plus an ironing board for my convenience. large windows let in lots of sunlight.

Comfortable Stay and Spa Experience
friendly staff comfortable room delicious dinner
I found the staff very friendly upon arrival. My room was comfortable, and the food was excellent in the bar. The dinner was also delicious, and I would definitely return. We were celebrating an anniversary.
The menu in the restaurant did not change over two years. It was disappointing. I hoped to see some new dishes.

The spa offers a thermal suite and hydrotherapy pool, both designed for relaxation. There is no dedicated pool, but thermal options were a great replacement. The hotel included a gym with cardio and weight equipment.

The Beautiful Twin Room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom included separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I noticed the room had blackout curtains that helped sleep better.
